AT 4 ;P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to strong and increasing northerly and westerly winds and a falling barometer everywhere. Warm and humid conditions are probable, witli increasing haze and cloudiness and a change following generally. Warm, fair to cloudy weather has prevailed, with easterly to northerly breezes.
