The newspapers understand that the Inter-Allied Confereneo at Paris will definitely discuss Uie question of a Japanese military expedition to Europe. It is generally considered that such an expedition would do impossible, but it is believed that further naval assistance is feasible. !/■ is reported that the Government imi decided against sending troops to Europe.—Aub.-N.Z.
