THE RECLASSIFICATION QUESTION.

By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, November 21. The Dunedin Branch of the Post and Telegraph Officers' Association passed a, resolution protesting against the action of the Government in postponing at the eleventh hour of the session the reclassification of the Post and Telegraph Servico until 1920, and placed on record its appreciation of the action of the Executive Committee in endeavouring to prevent the matter being postponed. The branch holds that the reclassification provides the only piospect of improvement for under-paid Departments.
