Palmerston North, November 20 A mooting of flip Post and Telegraph Association, Miinawa'fn Branch, passed the following resolution:—"Thnt this section of the Post alia Telegraph Officers protests against the action of the National Government in postponing, in the dying hour? of (he session, the re-classifi-cation of the Post and Telegraph serviceuntil 1920, without either consulting or nclvlsing onr executive of its intentions, which imist hare been decided by the Cabinet eomo time previously."
