The adjourned inquest on Francis William Vlllara, the boy who was killed in a oollision with a motor-car on October 23, was resumed this morning before Mr. ICenrick, S.M. The coroncr returned a verdict that deceased met his death as the result of injuries received through being run over by a motor-car driven by Fred Hoult, and that the accident was cau6ed - through the gross negligence of Hoult in neither Bounding tho horn, altering his course, nor reducing speed when catching up to deceased;, and that deceased and a boy cycling with him did not in any way contribute to the accident. Hoult was then charged with manslaughter, and remanded till Friday next. Bail was allowed, Hoult in -£200 and two other sureties of .£IOO.
