PRIME MINISTERS TO BE CONSULTED AS TO UTS DATE. (Rec. November 16, 7.50 p.m.) London, November 15. Mr. Norton Griffiths asked whether, in view of the many changes in tho aspect of tho war, the Government would consider the advisability of summoning an Imperial Conference in tho next fchreo months. Mr. Bonar Law said it was difficult for tho Prime Ministers of the Dominions to loavo their work.
