Frank Oldrieve will lecture on "Imlia and 60me of lior poople." Tho lecturer has lived in India, and know 6 his subject well Tor some time.he lived at a leper asylum, and Me will tell the story of India's 250,000- lepers. . - Theso poor, outcast people eulfer greatly, being turned out of their houses and -villages, and left to beg for their bread. A good deal is being done for these people by an un6ecfarian mission, tho Mission to Lepers, which is working in fourteon countries; it visits homes, and ' provides lor the maintenance of some 14,000 loper men, women, and children. The Indian Govornincnt backs this work in several ways, and all who want first-hand knowledge about India should hear Mr. Oldrieve. Admission is freo, and a collection will be taken up for tho lepers, i'lvo pounds will keep a leper for a year.
