THE ANNUAL BEPOET. (Rec. October 29, 8 p.m.) ' Melbourne, October 29. The Pacific Cable Board's report for the year ended March 31 last Bhows that the net working profits totalled -£21,715, of which ,£17,541 was provided for the usual sinking fund and instalment, and tiS surplus of .£4231 goes to the redaction of the outstanding balance of the British Government Loan. A special contribution of .£60,000 was made during the year to the cable renewal fund—Press ijqsn. '
