ACCIDENTS AND FATALITIES
INQUIRY INTO MOTOR FATALITY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Palmerston North, Octobor 27. 4n inquest was commenced this morning before Mr. Kenrick. S.M., Coroner, concerning the death of a boy aged 10 years Francis William Villars. who-Tras killed in a motor accident in Palmereton on Tuesday. After hearing evidence, the inquest was adjourned to call further witnesses.
SUDDEN DEATH. By TelcErapU— Press Association. Dunedin, October 28. A man named Thomas Anderson, aged 75, a roiired farmer, living j in breve Street. Musselburgh, died suddenly this morning from heart failure, just alter having a bath. Deceased was a married man. No inquest will be- necessary.
On Saturday morning, Mr. W. J». Bid-; dell, S.M., held an inquest into the circumstances attending the death of Mm Thomas Beavis, a butcher, aged to, who resided at Brooklyn, and whose body was found by his sister in a shod with the throat cut and a razor by the Bide ot the body. According to tho evidence, Beavis had suffered from insomnia for a considerable time, and had taken a holiday in the hope of recovering his health, but without any good results.
