CHEESE PURCHASE
PRICE THE SAME Aβ LAST. TEAR. Tho Prime Minister maile reference to the cheese output yesterday afternoon in answer to a question put to him in the House of Representatives by Mr. Okey. Mr. Maseey said he had received a definite offer for the output of the present season from the Imperial authorities. He intended to convene a representative meeting of producers for Wednesday next to consider the offer. He did not think it advisable to make tho price publio at present. It is understood that the price offered is 9Jd. per lb., tho same as last season.
