ASSURANCES TO TURKEY. Amsterdam, October 22. Count Raventlow, in an article in the "Tages Zeitung," says that tlio Kaiser visited Constantinople to assure the Government of Turkey that Germany would guarantee the integrity of the Turkish Empire, including Egypt.—Aus.-N .Z.
