Tho appointment of Sister Snggitt was confirmed, and Nurse I<ampp, having completed her four years' training, was appointed Bister. It was resolved:' "That a blind returned soldier be appointed as masseur at tho hospital at a salary of- .£BS per annum if accommodation is found him at the hospital, or, alternately, £150 per annum if he elects to live outside.
