AUSTRALASIAN COUNTRY PBESS ' IMAGES A CRISIS. Sydney, October 15. At the annual conference of the Country Press Association, the secretary's re-' port forecasted a great scarcity of paper after April. In view of tho report, a series of resolutions will be submitted from the Australasian Provincial Press Association, adtocating a reduction in the number of issues per week, a reduction in the size of the publications, or the incorporation of newspapers; and also recommending that the Federal Government should be approached with the object of establishing the manufacture of paper from Queensland gras-s and other grasses and weeds.—Press Assn.
