Plastering in the rooms under the lounge lobby nnd the House of Representatives and in a p<>rtion of the rooms in the northern wing has been cloiie. A considerable (juantity of external plastering has been carried out. All eteel-construction work has been executed excepting about 17 tons. The heating and ventilation contract is proceeding slowly, following up as closely as possible . the constructional worK. Drainage work has been. done. .Owing to shortage of labour only fair progress is beijog made with the electrical wort.
