Octobor 11, 0.30 a.m.) Rome, October 10. The "Idea Nitzionale's" Berne correspondent reports -that a great Austrian Council of War is being held on the Isonzo front. Ficld-Maishal Conrad von lloctzoudorlY (Austrian Chief of Staff) and tho army commanders aro participating.
