COLD AND CHANGEABLE
A bleak wind kept people on the move in Hie city yesterday, though the sky was fairly clear at times. Changeable and showery conditions have prevailed elsewhere, with westerly breezes. Present indications are for strong northerly winds, weather cloudy to overcast, and rain prohalile generally. The baronieior is unsteady, with a Fnlliiijr tendency, but; will probably rise shortly in the south.
