CONGRESS OF TOE SOUTH AFRICAN PARTY. (Rec. October 3, 9 p.m.) Pretoria, October 2. The Congress of the South. African Party has resolved its willingness to reunite with, the Nationalists on certain conditions, which include the maintenance of the Union Constitution and tho carrying out of the country's obligations in connection therewith.
