THE RAILWAY FATALITY AT BEER FERRERS
EVIDENCE AT THE INQUEST. (Kec. October '3, 5.15 p.m.)
London, October 2. At the inquest on the New Zealanders who were killed in the railway accident at Beer Ferrers recently, a verdict ot accidental death was returned. Iho tenth victim was identified as S. h. West. The evidence showed that the men were told that the first stop nould be at Exeter, where they would be supplied with food. -When the train pullod vp at Beer Ferrers a number jumped out, believing that food would be available.— Aus.-N.Z.
