o : • SOON TO. EESUME WOEK. Inquiry was m;ule in tho House of Eepresentatives yesterday as to tho progress made in the reconstitution of the Efficiency Board. Mr. C. J. Parr asked the Prime Minister whether in Tien' of the fact that the Second Division would shortly be called up, and that there would b'o in. consequence a considerable dislocation 'in private business, tho Prime Minister was in a position to say when tho Efficiency Board, would be reconstituted, and sot to work on the task of business organisation. ' Tho Prime Minister: I am glad to say tha.t tho reconstruction of tho Efficiency Board is practically completed, and that the new board will probably get to work next week to follow up the good viork already commenced. I am not in a position to make an official statement about it, but I expect to bo able to make a statement about tho beginning cf the week.
