TECHNICAL EDUCATION.The Mimster oC Education presented to the House a memorandum oa technical instruction. Several members discussed tho work of the technical schools end urged that increased provision should be made for the instruction of young people. They contended that the existing syßtom was not sufficiently comprehensive and that a big proportion of the children were failing to got any advantage. The Minister of Education (Hon. J. A. Hanan) had no time to reply, the debate being continued to within a minute of the dinner adjournment. Tho House adjourned at 5.30 p.m. until 2.30 p.ta. to-day.
