RESOLUTION OF WELLINGTON MINISTERS' ASSOCIATION. At a meeting of the Wellington Ministers' Association, held at St. John's Presbyterian Church, yesterday, Dr. dibb presiding, the Rev. Howard Elliott save a fuu explanation of 'the letters to winch public attention had been drawn in con-, nectionwith. the-Post Office inquiry. A number of questions were asked and answered, and on the motion of the clfSTrman the following resolution was unanimously adopted :-"That tins meeting of the ministers of Wellington, waiving tho question of the wisdom of Mr. Elliott's procedure, is Gatieiiod of Ins bona fides and that ho is convinced that there are .facts accordant statements contained in the letters.
