PATRIOTIC RESOLUTION OF TRADES CONGRESS. i , , Ottawa, September 21.. The Trades and Labour. Congress of Canada, after discussing the principle of compulsory military service, adopted a resolution declaring that tho congress did not deem it right or patriotic in Labour's interests to interfere to prevent the Government obtaining the desired recruits by means of conscription.—Aus.N.Z.
