FOE ALL BRITISH-BORN. Ottawa, Soptember 19. Sir EolJert Borden has promised women's suffrage throughout Canada if elected, on the basis of the inclusion ot all British-born women. Foreign-born women will be accorded the right to secure naturalisation on their own behnit, after suitablo residential qualification. In th© case of marriage with aliens, women -will be accorded the right to cnooao tTeb nationality.-Aus.-N-Z. Cable Assu.
