■BATTLES' LOST THEOUGH KRUPP'S TREACHERY. The report that Germany is following iher usual tactics and levying blackmail on Rumania in the form of a "war coniribiition" of no less than .£10,000,000, intensifies her treacherous conduct to that country, since, ae lias just been revealed toy a Frenchman, she is directly responBible lor her rapid defeat. It is another of the many acts of treachery to be added to the heavy balance of the Krupp firm at Essen. The facts are given by Charles 'Nordmaun in a very interesting article in tho "Reviio dee Deux Alondes."
