All the councillors of the Marton Borough publish a signed letter in to-day's "Advocate" calling upon tho Mayor (Mr. Wilson) to justify his action in resigning from.all committees, or to resign from the mayoralty. The ' position arises through "a conflict between the caretaker of the Town Hall and the Mayor on Anniversary Day. Tho Mayor ftt last council meeting moved a resolution suspending tho caretaker, who is also lessee of the hall, which was lost by five votes to two. Tho Mayor then.resigned from all committees.
