THREE JUVENILES IN TROUBLE. By Telegraph—Press Association. Auckland, September 8. At the Juvenile Court to-day, three lads were charged with enteriug a house, wilfully damaging furniture, and theft. It was stated that the lads deliberately smashed the furniture with an axe. The probation officer stated hat the boys had confessed that they had been influenced by several pictures depicting incidents in the career of a criminal known as "Stingaree." Five groups, involving 5U Boys, in various suburbs, had appeared at the courts during the last three weeks, und had been charged with committing crimes in imitation of the principal character in the pichiro. Mr. Frazer, S.M., telegraphed to the Ujpider.-Secretary for Justice suggesting that the picture should be banned.
