SENTENCED FOR THEFT
By Telegraph.—Press Association., Napier, September 1. At tho Suprome Court a seaman, George Fallows, found guilty of'the tiieTt of a pair of boots from the cargo of a liner, was sentenced to two months' hard labour. John Moriarty, who pleaded guilty to tho theft of bicycles and bicycle parts, was sontcnced to two years' reformative treatment.
