Danncvirke race, the haudicappcr has formed a rather exalted opinion of the •Mystification gelding's abilities on tho flat. Some of the Ohokeboro Dodge two-year-olds have been suffering from slight colds lately, and they have not. been asked to do much work. They a,re all on the mend, however, so that they will probably be ready for serious business again next week. The most forward of them will probably be wanted for the Dunedin Jockey Club's Meeting, early in October, while others can certainly be marked off to compete at the Wellington Racing Club's fixture. .
