HIS MAJESTY'S THEATRE, The attractions offering at His Majcßty's Theatre this week are maxiy and varied. Two English music-hall artists, Miss Dulcio Miluer and Mr. George Storey, orovide a bright and amusing turn. Other artists appearing are tho Molinarls, Violet Treveuyon, Billy Brown, Balto, Billy and Doris, Mr. Laurence Johnston, "and tho Bunty Comody Coy. THE ENGLISH PIERROTS. The popular English Pierrots ~v,ill give tho first of their versatile performances of the limited return season tomorrow night at tho Town HalJ, when a special selection of new itemß will be presented. The clever band of merry-makers became extremely popular with Wellington playgoers on the occasions of their previous visits. They excel in concerted numbers and comedy interludes, their work in this respect being of a very high standard. Tonight the combination appear at Lower [ Hutt. Tho box plan for the Town Hall eeafion iB at tho Bristol. KING'S THEATRE. "His Sixteenth Wife." featuring Peggy , Hyland. will be screened for tho last time jto night at tho King's- Theatre. A Pathe I Gold Rooster production, "Hlnton'-s Double," "will be the star film to be shown to-mcrrow. Tho hero of the play has the misfortune to be very similar in appearance to a rogue of the Stock Exchange. Complications are the result. Detectives and rogues abound, and several exciting actions take place before the inevitable triumph of right. The leading characters are in the hands of Fred. Wardc and Kathlyn Adams. EVERYBODY'S THEATRE. "The Millionaire Vagrant" will be 6hown for the last time to-night at Everybody's Theatre. Anita Stewart will appear in "Glover's Rebellion,''' and Charlie Ohaplin in "The Rink." "Clover's Rebellion" is tho Btory of a . young girl who is adopted by- an ambitious and wealthy old aunt ■with a determination to marry her niece to a poverty-stricken duke. The girl's uncle has also matrimonial plans for her, so that complications quicltly ariss, with the result that Clover rebels. The kinomatography is said.to be excellent. Charlie Chaplin in his latest comedy, "Ulie Rink." is said to bo funnier than in anything ho lie« yet appealed in. f EMPRESS THEATRE. Tonight -will see the ilnal screening at the Empress Theatre of "The False Friend." Auother World Film drama, entitled "The Stolen Paradise," -will head the new programme to be screened tomorrow. The emotional actress, Ethel Claytou. appears in the leading, role, that of a girl who marries a blind man uvder false pretences. The man was under the impro&sion ho had married another -woman with whom he is deeply in love, and when his sight is restored he is aghast to vnd that ho does not know his -wife. The discovery forms the basis of a number of exciting incidents. The eighth instalment of "The Iron Claw," entitled "At the Stroke of Twelve," will also be shown.
