A BRITISH SUBMARINE "TRAP-SHIP"
GERMANS CLAIM TO HAVE SUNK HEE.
Amsterdam, August 28. The "Hamburg Nachrichten" describes the sinking of a British tranship by.a big German submarine. The submarine officers sighted a 6teamer of -1500 tons, which excited attention by her high bridgo and high deck erections, and her wild zig-zag course. The submarine put in its last torpedo, which exploded, the trap-ship sinking in three minutes after the second explosion in the boilef-room Only a single boat was J.iunched, and tlio six survivors confessed that the ship was a submarine trap-ship called Warner.
