Butchers, Aro Street, to rrcover a. penalty for a breach or tlio butchers' award in employing casual boy labour contrary to the terras ot the award. Judgment was given for plaintiff for £1 and eosls lα. The Inspector of Awards proceeded aEainst. Ij. Elliott to recover a penalty for 11 breach of Hki drivers' award by leaving t.he employ of C.
