The milk showed a percentage of 3.82, and produced 2G0,5!)91b5. of cheese, equal to 116 ton?. Each pound of butter-fat r.iade 2.5871b5..;0f' oheese, the- milk averaging 10.12 to each p'oiind of cheeso. During the sea«on advances wero made to njilk suppliers at Is. 2d. per lb. of butter-far, amounting to ,£5992 12s. 1d„ leaving for distribution .£BIO3 65.. 6d., equal to Is. SJd. pur .lb: of butter-fat. or 5.37 gallons of millc over the whole eea'son. Provision U also made for payment of 6 per cent, on the paid-up capital.
