The "Daily Telegraph's" Milan correspondent states that Count Esterhazy lias resigned the Hungarian Premiership. Tho Budapest newspapors announce that - Count Andrasay has succeeded him. Though .tho crisis is ostensibly due to the question of electoral reform, tho dispute really is attributable to a vital difl'erence on the question of peace or war. Count Esterliazy vainly tried to reconcile the views of the Karolyi and Tisza. sections. The latter demanded a vigorous prosecution of the war, -while the former favoured an early peace by compromise, by rapprochement with England, and internal -deinoeratisation.
