ON BOTH GERMANY AND AUSTRIA New York, August 14. China has declared war on Germany and Austria—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn. Peking, August 14. China lias finally decided to declare war on Germany and Austria simultan-eously—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. Mr. Yuo 11. .Tackson. Consul for China, has roceived from his Government the following message, transmitted to him by the Chinese Consul-General at Melbourne:— "Wai Cliai Tu (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) has wired that China has declared war against Germany and Austria,"
