ECHO OF A SUBMARINE INCIDENT, (liec. August 15, 5.35 p.m.) London, August 14. Cup lain Stanley Wilson, M.P., has returned a'fter an absence of twenty months as a prisoner of war in Austria. —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. [Captain Stanley AVilson, M.P., with Colonel Napier, who had been on a special mission to Greece, wero captured in January, 191G, by an Austrian submarine in the Mediterranean while on board tho Greek steamer Spotzai, en route home. They were taken on board the submarine, well treated, and subsequently wero taken to Vienna, and ultimately interned at Salsebad-1
