Its terms are not definitely stated, but their general tenor is clear. It is authoritatively announced that America is willing to listen to a bona fide suggestion only if tho aims for wlii-jh gho has entered t tho war aro respectcd. The British Labour Executivo is stated to have adhered to its decision in regard to tho Stockholm Conference and has r-p----pointed the delegates.
