THE LOST CITY OF ATHENS FIFTEEN PASSENGERS LOSE THEIR LIVES. New York, August 13. PRISONERS OP WAR IN TURKEY NEGOTIATIONS BEING- CONSIDERED. London, August 13. ■In the. House of Commons, Mr. 1 " Hope said the .Government was giving attention to the question of conferring with Turkey regarding prisoners on similar lines to the recent conference at The Hague with Germany. Mr. Bonar Law said that the Crown Law officers had advised the Government that it was illegal for British subjects to confer with enemies without licence from the Crown.
