Thero was nothing much in the Bill, but it was necessary that it should become law' Wore the loan could be loafed. ■Tne Hon. G. "W. KUSSELL (Minister of. Internal Affaire) gave notice of the Eiver 'Boards Amendment Bill. Threo days' leave of absence was granted to Mr. T. A\ T . Bhodcs and ono day to Mr. J. V. Brown.
