Tho thefts occurred during the month of May, three machines being stolen on one day. Accused said he was under tho influence of liquor, when the thefts' toe*, clace. Ho was' sentenced to three months' lmpnsonmeßt on each charge, tho terms to be concurrent. This' is to' follow upon a sentence which. Stacjc is now. serving.
