Tho Parliamentary Committee of the Trades Uniou Cougrees has resolved tnat, mibicot to tho approval of tho Labour Party and tho Trades Urnon Congress, Uritnin should bo represented at the Stockholm Conference. . llr O'Grady, M.P. (Labour), presiding at the General Federation of Labourers, declared that the later issues of the war did not admit of any compromise except on the basis of an inconolusive peace. Tho German idol must be shattered. "Air.
