i -^~ EFFICIENCY BOARD'S SUGGESTIONS On Saturday mottling The Doshnion published ;i statement to the effect that the Efficiency Board's report on the liquor question was , a recommendation that hotels be closed for the period of the war, and that compensation he paid. This, we believe, was one of the recommendations of the hoard. There were others. It is understood that the Efficiency Board mentioned as another alternative State control of the trade.
