A. .Macdonald (Hastings) arrived in England at the beginning of the yoar to join her husband, Lieutenant-Col-onel Macdonald, who was then on duty at the New Zealand Hospital at Walton, and has since .returned to New Zealand, states a London correspondent. Mrs. Macdonald has been staying in Cornwall, and is now with her niece, Mrs. Norman Holden. in London. She intends visiting Scotland in August, and her intention is .to go hack to New Zealand towards the end of the year, via America.
