Macpherson; whereupon Major Archer-Shee called liira a cad. Mv. Billing rsked the Major if ho would repeat the word outside the House. Major Archer-Shee re; plied, "Certainly," and shortly afterwards ljoth members left the House, and were'found fighting on the green in. the palaco yard. The battle had not proceeded far when both feli, and a policeman parted them. Later, Mr. Billing challenged Major* Avcher-Shee to fight for ; .£2o at the National Sporting Club, the loser to pay a hundred guineas to the Red Cross Fund/ —Aus.-N.Z. Cable Atsn.
