SECOND DIVISION LEAGUE

CONSTITUTION DRAFTED.

The committee of the Wellington Second Division League held its weekly meeting last evening. Various. matters arising out of the recent Dominion Conference were dealt with. The report of the Special Committee, set up by conference to draft a national constitution was received as tollows:-Name.-The National Federation of New Zealand Second Division Leagues. Headquarters—The headquarters ottho federation shall be in the city of Wellington, or as may bo directed i y the annual conference. Executive and Emergency Advisory Committee—The executive shall be the president, the two vice-presidents, .and the hon. treasurer. The vice-presidents to appoint as permanent substitutes members of the Wellington league, who shall act for them in their absence. Kecoinmeiidations.-That all leagues, ! sub-leagues, and branches; ■.•uimediately co-operate to organise on a. provincial basis.
