,- AN ANTI-GOVERNMENT MANIFESTO COUNTRY SEETHING WITH UNREST Paris, July 2d. r The "Petit Parisien's" Barcelona correspondent states that the situation ia serious. A manifesto of the recently, dissolved Assembly, circulated notwithstanding the censorship, declares that tho Government's policy is provocatory, and does not Eatisfy the aspiration of tho country between the political system and the demands for the reorganisation of the State and municipal autonomy. 2!tti9 Mayor and Council of Barcelona have resigned. TJie 'whole of Catalonia is perturbed. Six hundred communes adhere to the programme of the Assembly. There is serious trouble in Valencia, -where several .people have been killed—Aus.-N.Z.
