REGULATIONS TO BE GAZETTED.

"The farmers of Canterbury are satisfied with the proposal made by the Government to purchase wheat at ss. 10d. a bushel f.0.b., but they want nn assurance that the Government will take tho whole crop," said the Hon. The ga-zefcting or the regulation had been delayed owing to the fact that some minor clauses demanded consideration, but the SolicitorGeneral would be asked to prepare tho .Gazette notice within the next few days. Mr. Nosworthy: Will it be f.0.b.? The Minister made 110 statement on this point.
