Five of these wethers, killed when twelve months old, averaged 611bs. in weight. The sheep at the show wero carrying a good iloccc, three inches long, and promising a staple of four inches for the year's growth. The wool is very evou, although coarse in quality. These sheep wore bred up from a South Australian.strain,-and a dash of AVauganella blood was introduced.
