Company and the Union Bteani Ship Company, the holders of about 95 per cent, of the shares in the latter have agreed to hand in their shares. A circular has been issued to the balance of the shareholders inviting them to act similarly. It is understood that a- fair number of shareholders have retained a. small holding, out of sentiment, but one or two have decided to keep the whole of their shares m the Union Company.
