Brownlee, N.Z.V.C., to be farrier sergeant; S.S. J. Beil, N.Z.V.C., to be shoeing-smitli corporal; Pte. J. P. Kelly, N.Z.V.C, to be corporal. 2flth Reinforcements.— Corpls. S. .11. Glading and V. Sommerville, to be sergeants; Bomb. 11. Steel, to be corporal; Gunners A. J. Bennett. C. M. Verner, F. G. Flnnnigan, TT. S. 'Powell, to be bombardiers. 31st Specialists.-Corpl. K SinaMeld,. to bo company sergeant-major; Corpls. S. J. "Kelly, A. L. Franks, H. G. Munro, A 'P. M'Kenzio, to be sergeants; Ptcs. G. E. "Downer. A. "W. Harris, T. C. Jones. S. M'Connochie. H. L. Wallace, to be lance-corporals; Pte. C. V. Bond, to be orderly-room clerk. 'Corpls. D. A. Kennedy and C. S. if. Burson, New Zealand Engineers, have been appointed regimental sergeantmajors while acting as bayonet fighting instructors.
