FARM ROOTS AND VEGETABLES
There were some splendid exhibits of icgetables at the recent National Dairy Show held at Palmorston North. ' Tho Carrots, Parsnips, Onions, and Celery were especially line, and, in fact, the quality of the vegetables was much above the average. In the Field Ca> rots were probably the finest ever shown in New Zealand, many of the' roots beiu™ more like mangels than carrots. These were mostly grown from Cooper's Seeds. There were roots of Cooper's "Matchless White" shown, weighing twelve pounds, very firm in texture and fine in quality. Mr! T. Webb, who was one- of the leading prizetakers, wrote- us saying: "I had tho greatest success with the produce of Cooper's Seeds at the Winter _ Show, whore- I secured twenty-nine prizes. I cannot speak too highly in praise of Cooper's Seeds; they certainly prove to bs i'lic Seeds of Success with me." Mr. A. Passey, Polmngina, one of the leading prize-takers in the Farm Koot Section, also speaks in terms of the highest 'praise of Cooper's Seeds. Most of tho principal prize-takers' in New Zealand use Cooper's Seeds because they are the most critical buyers and insist upon haying' quality. It is well to remember this when buying your seeds. The reasons are to be found on every bag and {.acket. Cooper's Seeds are obtainable from the principal merchants and seedsmen in all parts of Now Zealand, but it is necessary in be sure thai you really do obtain Cooper's Roods—the "Seeds of Success."
